Job Description: Executes HSSE programs and campaigns within their region Assesses training needs and develop training plans for staff in the respective regions Plans and manages audits and compile audit and gap analysis reports Develops and follow-ups on the Corrective Action Plans Develops regional budget for HSSE activities in region Designs Safety protocols in processes and procedures, as required Designs and run Environment programs in respective regions Schedules and assigns tasks to the regional HSSE auditors related to audits and investigations and monitor their performance Responsible for Project Management Conducts Evacuation drills Conducts Risk Assessments Threat & Vulnerability Studies Responsible for Accident/Incident Investigations Maintains HSSE standards in the supply chain Responsible for vendor Management including audit of the supply chain vendors Maintains manuals and documents Prepares dashboards/reports for the Management Helps prevent accidents/incidents Conducts HSSE trainings for Mobilink staff Other projects, tasks and work streams regarding HSSE not mentioned above, may be assigned to this role   Skills Required Candidate must be proficient and resourceful enough to fill most customer requirements like:   Essential Skills - Should possess excellent active listening, communication and presentation skills - Should have a knowledge of audit techniques - Should have a basic understanding of labor laws - Should be innovative and should possess excellent time management - Should have good project management skills - Should be innovative Desirable Skills - Should be a motivated team player - Should be able to work flexible hours in times of emergency - Should have positive approach towards work - Should have a basic understanding of budgeting and finance - Should be capable of overlooking event management - Should be capable of designing and organizing events - Should be highly proficient in MS Office
