Despite the provincial government\'s announcement there are still no basic facilities in District Headquarter Hospital Charsadda. Sources said there was no film roll of the X-Ray machine since the past week so the poor patients were forced to get it done from elsewhere. They added that private X-Ray laboratories were looting the poor patients because they knew the patients had nowhere else to go.Hospital sources said the revenue of this x ray machine was Rs3.6 million while the annual official budget was Rs0.5 million .
