Bedari is women's rights NGO with its National office in Islamabad, and Program Offices in Chakwal,Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahab, Multan, Vehari , Muzafargarh and Lahore. Its work focuses on addressing gender based discrimination and violence against women and children. It needs to fill a vacant position of Program Manager (Female) to be based in Islamabad. Program Manager would be directly reporting to the Executive Director and will be supported by Program Managers. The position involves traveling within the country.
Title: Program Manager (Female Only)
Duration of Job: One year (extendable)
Skills & Competencies:
- Post graduate degree with 10 years of work experience in a development sector with minimum 05 Years of experience at management position
- Excellent analytical and writing skills
- Excellent presentation, articulation, and communications skills in English
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure, and respond positively to challenges
- Strong team building skills and orientation of working in team setting
- Appropriate IT skills (MS Word, MS Excel Power Point, Internet)
