CHARSADDA: The police arrested five proclaimed offenders (POs) and seized arms from them here on Sunday, sources said.The sources said acting on a tip-off, the police raided several suspected places in the town area and arrested five proclaimed offenders identified as Shahiden, Sajid, Hidayat, Muhammad Rafiq and Naeem.
